Out-of-Service Hydrant Covers provide a high-visibility solution for identifying fire hydrants that are out of service. They are made from heavy-duty canvas with a PVC waterproof inner backing. Covers include a cut out for hydrants with snow poles/markers. Hook and loop cinch strap in back secures cover to hydrant. Size: 34?H x 18? diameter (56.5? Circumference).
