• GHS — An international system developed by the UN to standardize classification, labeling, and safety data sheets for chemicals worldwide.

• HazCom Standard — OSHA’s regulation (29 CFR 1910.1200) requiring employers to inform workers about hazardous chemicals through labels, training, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
