7121 Lockout Kit provides a variety of lockout devices for on-the-job maintenance and repair operations. The water-repellent and fire-retardant lockout pouch is made in the USA from heavy-duty, 100% recycled fabric with double-sewn seams and a PVC-free coating. The kit is UL-validated for recycled content and supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The kit measures 8 (in) H x 7 (in) W x 3 (in) D and includes 11 components.

Kit contents include:

• Qty. 1 Padlock (part # 7030), 1.5" shackle, keyed differently with 1 key per padlock, color red
• Qty. 1 Padlock (part # 7038), 1.5" shackle, keyed differently with 1 key per padlock, color yellow
• Qty. 1 Small Plug Lockout (part # 7105), universal fit closure accepting up to 1/2" dia. cord and 2 (in) W x 3 (in) L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• Qty. 1 Large Plug Lockout (part # 7100), universal fit closure accepting up to 1-1/4" dia. cord and 3 (in) W x 5-1/2"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• Qty. 1 Small Steel Hasp (part #7106), 1" closed hole, accommodates up to 6 padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• Qty. 1 Large Steel Hasp (part # 7107), 1-1/2" closed hole, accommodates up to 6 padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• Qty. 2 Lockout Tags (Part # 7010) with legend, DO NOT OPERATE. 50lb. pull strength exceeds OSHA's requirement.
